This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Client wants to translate entire pages at once using WPML's editor, not paragraph by paragraph.

Solution:
WPML's Advanced and Classic Translation Editors work paragraph by paragraph to preserve page structure. Full-page translation isn’t supported to avoid breaking HTML/CSS/shortcodes. As a workaround, client can copy the full page in default language and manually translate it or try to use XLIFF export/import method.

Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and want to use WPML's translation editor. I am looking for a way to translate entire pages instead of translating paragraph by paragraph or sentence by sentence.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
Do you have any other ways to use your translation editor?
Is there an option to translate a whole page instead of paragraph by paragraph or sentence by sentence?
