This will help speed up the support process. it seems you are not using our "glue" plugin for Yoast SEO: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-seo/. Please install it and deactivate the sitemap feature on Yoast and reactivate it to force another creating of the XML file. Does this work for you? Best Regards Marcel
