Background of the issue:
I am trying to show both Elementor Related Product and Popular Items in RTL the same way they are showing in the main language, English. I've created a dev duplicate on hidden link as I've temporarily deleted those on the live website.
Symptoms:
Elementor Related Products and Popular Items both fall off canvas when translated into RTL. I expected to see: hidden link. Instead, I got: hidden link.
Questions:
Why do Elementor Related Products and Popular Items fall off canvas in RTL?
How can I make Elementor Related Products and Popular Items display correctly in RTL?
I checked the screenshots and the URL you provided and apparently I see everything within the canvas or page boundaries (means nothing is being rendering off the page).
Can you please explain more about the problem or record your screen while showing the problem?
Thank you for the updates. I tried to observe again on these lines, in your website (hidden link) but looks like there's some issue and nothing is loaded in that section (neither in the English page hidden link).
However, I was able to observe the scaffold, which seems to be identical. Looks like the said widget is coming from "CMSMasters Elementor Addon" plugin. Apparently this plugin isn't on our compatibility list (https://wpml.org/plugin/), as well as, your theme (https://wpml.org/theme/). So I'm not sure what exactly is the issue and what'd be causing it.
Anyways, there's a common issue which can arise with translated version of content, specially coming from page builders. The reason why this might happen is due to the way the page builder or the theme stores the styling for the content. Some store the styling in a custom field (the custom field usually contains the "style" or "css" or "layout" or "styling" wording) and that custom field might need to first be set to "copy" in order to have the styling being carried over to the translated page (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-fields/).
After doing this, you should first make a small change to the default language, then save the page, then go to the translation of that page and re-save it - and the CSS should be copied over.
If that still doesn't help, then please try the following:
Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding.
1) Update WordPress to the latest version.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML and Elementor.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.
Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.
