This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was having difficulty translating hexagonal graph elements from Graphina charts on their website, which was developed using Elementor and saved in the "Saved Templates".
Solution: 1. We inserted custom XML configuration for the client, which should allow them to translate the radar categories. We asked the client to edit and complete the translation as shown in the provided screenshot and then check if the translation appears on the frontend.
2. For the other templates, we advised the client to refresh the primary language templates by opening the templates and clicking "update". This action would resync the templates and reveal new contents to be translated.
If you're experiencing similar issues with translating Graphina charts or Elementor templates, we recommend trying the steps mentioned above. However, please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.

I tried translating texts from Graphina charts with your guide. but still having a hard time.
Could you help me get on this website and navigate anything I am missing?
As explained in your previous ticket, the Graphina charts plugin is not yet listed in the compatible plugin list of WPML. You can also check from here: https://wpml.org/plugin/
This means this plugin is not fully compatible or tested with WPML. Anyway, I'd like to check how it works on your Website backend and I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Your login credentials work. Could you please indicate where I can locate the "Graphina charts" on your website? Additionally, could you provide a brief overview of how you would like to translate them and where the configuration options are located?
