[Resolved] I have errors when i try translate wpforms
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client experienced a persistent JavaScript
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isTranslated')
when attempting to select WPForms for translation in the WPML Translation Dashboard after changing the site's default language from Polish to English.
Solution: We attempted several troubleshooting steps: 1. Ensured the WPForms Multilingual Addon was active and up to date. 2. Cleared all pending/stuck translation jobs for WPForms and re-attempted translation. 3. Made minor edits to original forms and accessed them on the frontend to trigger string registration. 4. Executed WPML troubleshooting actions such as clearing the plugin cache, removing ghost entries, fixing element_type and charset, re-syncing language info, and taxonomies. 5. Tried selecting WPForms one by one instead of all at once to isolate the issue. Despite these efforts, the error persisted, indicating a deeper systemic issue possibly related to database or WPML-WPForms integration inconsistencies. The ticket was escalated to our 2nd tier of support for further investigation.

Our 2nd-tier specialists were unable to reproduce the issue on a copy of the site. Can you create a video (using Loom or Kommodo) that reproduces the issue on the production site (change the default language for a moment and reproduce the issue), or authorize me to do it myself?

As you can see in this video created by our 2nd-tier specialists: hidden link, the issue has disappeared, or it doesn't appear on our side. Can you check if the issue disappeared on your side?
After clicking on automatic translation, the translation started and "jobs" after a few minutes all tasks were complete but the forms were still not translated. When I tried again, the problem returned as seen in the recording. Please check if the automatic translation works so that these forms can be translated.
We haven't been able to see the issue on our side. Also, we changed the configuration of WPForms in WPML -> Settings -> Post type translation. Please check if the issue has disappeared on your side.
Sure, I'm more than happy to translate the forms. Do you authorize me to change the default language to English or is it OK to leave the default language as Polish?
This time, I was able to reproduce the issue, and I have updated our 2nd-tier specialists so they can reproduce it as well. I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer from our specialists.
