Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

Before this thread is assigned to my colleague, I’d like to offer some initial guidance and possible solutions.

I understand the issue you're experiencing. If your profile has been added as a translator, it’s possible that the language pair hasn’t been configured for the languages you’re unable to see. Could you please go to the "WPML > Translation Management > Translators" tab and ensure that the appropriate language pair is set up? Please check the guide below to better understand the process.

If everything is set correctly and still the language disappears, please try the following steeps and check if they help in solving the issue.

- Please go to WPML > Support.
- Click on the following buttons:

-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Fix element_type collation
-- Fix WPML tables collation
-- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
-- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
-- Assign translation status to duplicated content
-- Set language information
-- Fix post type assignment for translations

- Once done, clear the caches from your site and browser, and then try again.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There!
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I understand the issue you're facing. It’s possible that the feed data hasn’t been properly translated into Greek and Czech languages yet, which is why it doesn’t appear in those languages. Please verify and ensure that the translations have been completed correctly.

If the translations are correct and the issue persists, there may be another underlying cause that needs further investigation. Please note that we are limited to discussing one issue per thread. Since the issue mentioned in your last response differs from the one initially reported in this ticket, kindly create a new ticket for the new issue, providing as many details as possible. One of our supporters will take over that ticket and assist you in solving the issue.

I hope you can understand. For now, please let me know if you need further assistance with the language issue that you have mainly reported in this ticket. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
