Background of the issue:
I updated the WPML plugin to version 4.7.3 today, which caused a critical error on my site. I have rolled back to version 4.7.2 for now.

Symptoms:
After updating to version 4.7.3, I encountered a PHP warning and a PHP fatal error. The warning states that a required file could not be opened, and the fatal error indicates that the required file is missing, causing the site to crash.

Questions:
Why does updating to version 4.7.3 cause a critical error?
How can I resolve the missing file error after the update?

As I said in our chat, I'd like to get a copy of your website. This way I can analyze it locally, without compromising the functioning of your live website. Here are the instructions to do that:

https://wpml.org/pt-br/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If it doesn't work with Duplicator, you can share a All In One WP Migration package. Let me know.
