This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the link to their support tickets, which was previously directly accessible from the main page of their account at WPML.org, has disappeared. They now need to navigate through the Support menu to access their open support tickets, which they find less user-friendly.
Solution:
We confirmed that there was a recent change to the account page layout, which resulted in the removal of the direct link to the support tickets. As a temporary workaround, we suggested that the client could access their support tickets by clicking on their username, which opens the same view as 'Support → Your past support tickets'. Additionally, we have taken the client's feedback and passed it on to our developers for consideration in future updates.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If this is the case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi,

yes, this has changed, but you can still reach the same page easily by clicking on your profile username in the left sidebar:

Okay, but there is no username displayed on the left sidebar. Only at the left side of the header, I see my username and that one is not clickable.

Hi,

I just tested in incognito mode and the username on the left is clickable for me.

Best Regards,
Marcel

No for me. Could it be linked to the type of WPML-license I have?

FYI, your development team has tweaked quick a bit recently to get my account page working for my type of license.

Could you please try using a different browser? I’m testing in an incognito window without being logged in, so I should be seeing the same as you — without anything related to a license or user account setting: hidden link.

Best regards,
Marcel

Okay, now, I understand; You are not looking at your own main account page at WPML.org, instead you are at the support section of WPML.

As I mentioned in my initial message, the link disappeard at the left side box on the main account page right under the section 'Account and Payments'.

Hi,

Yes, there was a recent change to the account page. That’s why I shared the workaround — you can access the same information by clicking your username here, which opens the same view as Support → Your past support tickets.

I’ll pass your feedback to our developers that you’d like this feature restored to the account page, though I can’t make any promises regarding future updates.

Best regards,
Marcel

For me, it does not make sense to remove it. Now, it takes much more clicks/effort to find my tickets via the main account page. As a workaround, I bookmarked the url, but that should not be the solution. In other words, in my opinion, the UI of the account page got less user-friendly in the way.

Thank very much for passing it to your developers!
