After realizing that I could not see some images when I upload to the gallery, I then disabled the active plugins in batches and after the last batch the images showed up. I then started activating the plugins in smaller batches to pin point the faulty plugin.
After some investigation I found that the faulty plugin is the wpml-multilingual-cms plugin. It is preventing the images from being visible/accessible.
Below is how the images load with the plugin disabled:

And this is how they load when the plugin is enabled:

I have attached screenshots showing the difference when the plugin is active and when its disabled. I even tried to downgrade to WordPress 6.3.2 which is the most recently compatible one with WPML plugin
Can you please try the following and see if images are shown?
- Go to Media Library.
- Switch to another language from top admin bar.
- And see for which language images are shown (or not shown at all).
Please let me know your findings.
P.S.: Downgrading WordPress isn't recommended, because WPML has been tested with latest version and new version also bring fixes to previously known issues. It is better to use latest versions so we can provide a fix for any related issue.
I followed your directions and switched the language. However, the images still did not show. I resulted to disabling the Plugin until I can get actionable assistance from support on how best to resolve the issue and I effectively use the product.
Kindly let me know of the best way to liaise on this and work towards a fix for the bug.
I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
