Hi

when i installed the plugin, i got an error (attachment 1 )

After I refresh the page, the menu and the footer are not displayed (attachment 2 )

How to solve the problem ?

Hi,

The issue is not totally clear to me.
Is the problem that with WPML activated, a menu is missing and a footer is missing?
Please attach screenshots of the missing items, with and without WPML activated.

Please make sure to have a working backup of your site before proceeding.
The first thing we should do is verify that this is not a compatibility issue.
Let's try doing this:
- Change to a WordPress default theme (TwentyTwentyOne for example)
- Deactivate all plugins other than WPML
After doing this, do you still get any errors? Are the menu and footer showing correctly?

Please update me with this additional information and the results of this test, so we know how to proceed.
