Tell us what you are trying to do?
Menu in all languages was all broken no matter what I did.
I built a new menu template in Divi.
Erased all old versions of the translated menus.
Created two new Primary and Secondary menus.
Clicked on synch and translations don't work. See captures or visit site.

Please advise how to solve this synch problem.

Thanks for reaching us. Yes, I can see the issue you had there based on the screenshot. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

I've checked your Website and the navigation menus are displaying fine for English and Spanish as shown in the attached screenshot.

Did you sort it out yourself?

Hi Kor,

Thank you for fixing Main menu.

I can still see the problem with the secondary Menu not showing.

Also please dvise how to fix this in the future if it happens again.

You can use the methods here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#fully-custom-create-menus-manually to translate the navigation menu. Please could you give this a try?

Hi Kor,

I am sure manually way might work.

Here I am looking this to work the simple way with just sync click.

See highlighted image attached here for the secondary not showing in other languages.

Sorry, I misunderstood. Ok, it's fixed now after updating the WPML plugin to the latest version and resync the menu. Could you check now?

Please make sure all plugins are updated to the latest version and you can try to rerun the menu sync a few times if this happens again.

Hi Kor,

Secondary seems to work fine after one addition.

Primary has many enty points... duplicates... not sure...

Please see images... three entry points become many in other languages...

Please let me know... how to fix it... is it a cache to empty?

When I last checked, everything was functioning properly. Did you manually modify the menus in your translated languages? If so, you can manually revert the changes using the links provided below:

- English: hidden link
- Spanish: hidden link

Additionally, if you'd like to add new menus and utilize the menu sync feature, simply add the menu in the primary language and then sync it.

I have not manualy modifyed the traslation menus. Just clicked on synch then apply.

Can could be the process for it to synch correctly?

Hi Kor,

I have done the synch many time.
Now I can see when I do the synch something is wrong...
The same menu items get added in odd places...
Just erased EN menu then synched and see screen it adds entry points multiple times.

I can see some issues with the menu sync and I will need to escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to proceed with troubleshooting, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own.

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To assist you further, please follow these instructions:
Watch the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
