Background of the issue:
I opened a ticket previously and checked a few suggested things by the support. I'm trying to get the 'hamburger' menu on mobile devices to work. After installing WPML, the client claims the menu stopped working. We used a clear OTGS installation without modifying any menu-related settings. I've tried various methods to fix the menu but haven't succeeded. The client also mentioned performance issues with longer loading times after WPML installation. I'm not the website owner, just an employee of a translation agency. We installed WPML for the client and haven't verified their claims. I can provide website credentials. There's a template in 'TemplatesPopups' called 'mob_menu' that is supposed to function as the mobile menu. The issue with 'mobile menu' must be related to Elementor PRO I think. Disabling other plugins didn't get me anywhere. Disabling Elementor PRO makes the menu section disappear (all menus, not only mobile menu). I've also tried to create another menu but it didn't even appear on the screen. Modifying CSS files didn't help so I reverted back my changes. The theme which the client is using was updated to the newest version. I can't update Elementor PRO (don't know why).
Symptoms:
The hamburger menu on mobile devices doesn't work when clicked.
Questions:
Why did the mobile menu stop working after installing WPML?
How can I fix the mobile menu issue related to Elementor PRO?
Why can't I update Elementor PRO?

Hi,
About updating Elementor, can you verify if their license key is correct? As this is why you would get such message.
Elementor Pro 3.18.2 is an old version - hidden link, so whatever is causing this issue may have already been resolved. Can you somehow get the client to update and/or renew the license and check then?
There is an error message in the browser console that points to Elementor Pro, I think that one may be responsible for the menu not working.
Can you disable WPML and check if this error message is still there and if mobile menu works on click?
