Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a new Kadence block on my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
The new Kadence block does not show up to be translated.

Questions:
Why does the new Kadence block not appear for translation?

Hi - sorry for getting fed up with the Maiya robot, but it was tricky to get her to understand what I needed.

For some reason, a new Kadence block did not show up to be translated.

I tried to follow the unclear instructions, but it was very vague & did not correspond to the menu. For some odd reason, the new block has now appeared.
So that is resolved.

What I would like you to do is the following:

1. Communicate that there is an issue with new Kadence blocks not appearing (we waited 48 hours, made small changes on the page - nothing helped)
2. The Maiya AI-robot is nice, but there should be screenshots added & not only text.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the inconvenience that you're getting from our chat bot. As for the new Kadence block not showing up for translation, we might need to register the block as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/ .

If you're not sure how this is done, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
