I would like to show every product on every language, regardless if it is translated or not. Right now, products that are created in the site's default language (Hungarian) are shown in other languages as well.

This is a Hungarian product, which can be seen in slovak frontend language, untranslated, which is the expected behaviour: hidden link
However, if a product is created in slovak language, it is visible when the frontend language is set to slovak, but is not visible when the frontend is set to other languages. It does not appear on the catalog page and the frontend language cannot be switched on the product page.

I guess it is only a matter of settings, so please help me find it.
Actually the behavior you describe is the expected one. If you go WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation you'll see that products are marked as "use translation if available or fallback to default language".
Since Slovak isn't the default language, products (or any kind of post that uses the same setting) are only available in Slovak.
At the moment there isn't a way to achieve what you're asking for. You could keep creating products in Hungarian, or you can duplicate products in the other languages in WPML > Translation Management
