Product details page doesn't load in Arabic

road9M-3	Background of the issue: I am trying to load the product details page in Arabic after changing the default language to English and then back to Arabic. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: The product details page doesn't load in Arabic. Instead, I get an error message: 'This page isn’t working. qasrelteb.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS'. Questions: Why does the product details page not load in Arabic? How can I fix the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error?

Does the same issue occur if you temporarily disable WPML? Will deactivating resolve the problem? Please remember to back up your database before proceeding.

Check if the product slug in WPML --> WPML String Translation is correctly translated. You might try to remove it from WPML String Translation and retranslate it. If the issue persists, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated—in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
