This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are managing a multilingual website and have uploaded different language versions of a YouTube trailer for each translation. However, when you update the YouTube links in Elementor, WPML overrides these links upon the next update.
Solution:
We recommend using the Advanced Translation Editor to manage your YouTube links. You can use the search feature within this editor to find and replace the YouTube links. Simply enter 'http' in the search bar to locate the links quickly. For detailed guidance on translating external links, please visit https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/#translating-external-links.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am managing a website, mathmasters.fun, which is primarily in English and has 6 additional translations using WPML. I have uploaded the same YouTube trailer in 7 different languages, each with its own subtitles, thumbnail, and description. I want to automatically replace the English YouTube trailer with the corresponding language version on the translated pages.

Symptoms:
When I change the YouTube links using Elementor, WPML overrides these links the next time.

Questions:
Where can I replace YouTube links in a proper WPML way to ensure they are not overridden?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you tried using the method described in the following guide to translate links?
https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/

If the issue persists, I’ll need a bit more information to understand it fully:
• Where exactly did you add the YouTube links in Elementor? Which widget are you using?
• What happens when WPML overrides these links—what is the result?
• What behavior are you expecting instead?

To help us investigate further, I’ve enabled the debug information collection for this support ticket. Please follow the instructions in this link to provide it:

I don't see the embedded link to the YouTube video (see print screen).
Do I need to show the links somewhere before I can see it in Advanced Translation Manager?

The link should be visible just above "take a sneak peak...."

Thank you for your feedback.

Have you tried using the search feature in the Advanced Translation Editor? Use the search bar to find your link – you can enter “http” to search for it more quickly.
