Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the website using WPML. I've assigned credits and translated automatically, but some parts of the website are not translating. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
Some parts of the website are not being translated. The section named 'Our Vision' is not translated into English and the same goes with the other languages. I expected the full page to be translated, but instead, I got a page that is only partially translated.

Questions:
Why are some parts of the website not translating?
How can I ensure the entire page is translated?

Hello,

I apologize for the delay in responding. I will take care of this ticket; the reply time will be shorter now.

Jeg Elementor Kit is officially not compatible with WPML, so any sections of the site built with that add-on will stay untranslated unless you rebuild them with widgets that WPML supports. Because WPML’s automatic-translation credits are consumed per word and are non-refundable once used, you normally can’t “roll them back”. I'll check with the team lead if we can make an exception in this case.

I'll get back to you once I have an answer.

Best Regards,
Otto

Hello,

We've added 65.000 credits to your WPML.org account. You should be able to see them here https://wpml.org/account and assign them to the site.

Best Regards,
Otto
