Sir thank you for your effort I appreciate, but if you try to switch language Arabic , we can’t refresh website only loading icon.

Hello,

as I can see errors are coming from the next plugin (woocommerce-product-recommendations) and missing RTL CSS files, I think the same issue would happen if you are using Arabic without WPML.

Try to disable the mentioned plugin and see if it helps.

We can’t change the language sir. Everything started to get complicated. The current problem is that after disabling and activating WPML as you said, it does not change the language.

Hello,

I checked and there seems to be some compatibility issue with the theme. Also I do not see this plugin on our official list, so it is not tested by us and some issues may happen. We will do our best but might need theme author collaboration.

I see there is a newer version that is out then the one you have. Version 5.3.6.

Can you please upload it to some sharing service and share it with me so I can check further?
