Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. Could you please try the following steps and check if that helps in solving the issue?

1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization.
2. Make sure that the options shown in the screenshot are also active on your site.
3. In the Load Textdomain box, enter the textdomain of the theme/plugin associated with the untranslated string.
4. Save the changes.
5. Once done, go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting".
6. Scroll down and click on the following buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Cleanup and optimize string tables
- Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box (You'll see a popup when you click this button, click on the **Generate MO files** button within the popup and complete the process.)

After completing the steps above, clear the caches from both your site and browser, and then check the translated version again.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

If the section you’ve marked in the screenshot consists of static strings with translation support, following the steps above should help display the translated strings. Since the issue persists, please try following the instructions outlined in this guide and see if any of them resolve the issue.

Additionally, I’d like to inform you that the plugin you’re using to display the marked section (WP JobSearch) is not listed in the WPML compatible plugin directory. You can verify this from the following link: https://wpml.org/plugin/

Therefore, it’s likely that the issue you encountered could be a compatibility problem. Please reach out to the plugin author or support team to inquire whether translation support has been properly integrated into the Dashboard menu. They may be able to provide suggestions that could help resolve your issue.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

The plugin description does state that it is compatible with WPML; however, it's possible that the developers have not submitted their plugin for compatibility testing with us. This could be why it is not listed in the WPML's compatible plugin directory.

The suggestions I've shared usually help resolve issues with displaying translated strings on the frontend. If these suggestions do not work for you, please try to replicate the issue in our sandbox site. The Autologin URL to our sandbox is given below.

WPML and its addons are already installed in the Sandbox. Please complete the setup, then install the Job Search plugin and see if you can replicate the translation issue in the dashboard.

If you manage to replicate the issue, please let me know so I can check and suggest the next steps. It would also be wise to contact the developer or support team of the JobSearch WP Job Board WordPress Plugin to inquire whether they have added support for translating the Dashboard menu strings in the plugin.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to assist you in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
