I have a lot of issues with translating SureCart products and shop pages. I stopped translating products because t was causing a mess. I'd like your help to move forward.

After reviewing the issue, the root cause is that the products displayed at
/en/shop/ do not actually exist in English. The products are created only in the default language, and currently there is no available option in the admin panel to translate them.

Normally, WPML can translate standard post types and custom post types, as well as custom content through special compatibility classes for third-party plugins. However, in this case, SureCart does not register its products in a way that WPML can translate using standard methods. The products (e.g. hidden link) are stored internally by SureCart and are not exposed as translatable post types, which is why no translation options appear in the backend.

I have also checked SureCart’s documentation and public support feedback. At this time, SureCart does not officially support multilingual product translations via WPML, and there is no confirmed roadmap or ETA for native WPML compatibility, as far as I can tell. Users currently report the same limitation publicly, and nothing indicates that this has changed since their last official comment.
