Background of the issue:
I have created an 'Apply for Job' form using a contact form plugin on my website hidden link. The form is displaying correctly in the English version.

Symptoms:
The Spanish and German versions of the contact form are not appearing properly after the form is submitted.

Questions:
Why is the contact form not appearing properly in the Spanish and German versions after submission?
