I am using the Simple Job Board plugin and I have created a single menu which is configured to be displayed on all pages, this does not use a shortcode, it is by positioning on the screen.
As I am not familiar with the plugin settings I am not sure where it is happening. But I wonder if you change the language from the admin top bar on the page where you created the menu to another language and set up the menu on that language that fixes the issue?
If not, WOuld you please follow the steps below to find the option of the menu in string translation and translate it?

The menu is not created on one page and is configured to appear on all pages, it is positioned in the right corner of each page, that is, it does not belong to a header bar in English and the other in Spanish, it is general for all pages.
It does not appear how to send access to WordPress privately.
Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation and scroll down and click the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link and search for CONTACT US string there and see if you can find it there to translate.
