Hi, I am using the Simple Job Board plugin and I have created a single menu which is configured to be displayed on all pages, this does not use a shortcode, it is by positioning on the screen. I attach images. Thanks. |

Hi there, As I am not familiar with the plugin settings I am not sure where it is happening. But I wonder if you change the language from the admin top bar on the page where you created the menu to another language and set up the menu on that language that fixes the issue? If not, WOuld you please follow the steps below to find the option of the menu in string translation and translate it? If the problem persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. Make sure you set the next reply as private. Also tell us which section to check to see the menu in question. Thank you. |

Hi, The menu is not created on one page and is configured to appear on all pages, it is positioned in the right corner of each page, that is, it does not belong to a header bar in English and the other in Spanish, it is general for all pages. It does not appear how to send access to WordPress privately. |

Hi there, Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation and scroll down and click the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link and search for CONTACT US string there and see if you can find it there to translate. For more information: If not, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. Hi there, Maybe I did not understand correctly what you asked for, but from what I see the issue was that the CONTACT US below the logo is not translated correct? That is why I asked you to check in string translation. if that is not the issue I'd appreciate it if you can give more information. meanwhile I will ask one of my colleagues to double check the ticket so we can have the second pair of eye. If you consider using the loom.com website you can also give us a screencast and explain the issue in video format which will help more. Thanks. |
