This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to load the translation page or update an existing translation in Chrome, although it works in Firefox.
Solution:
1. We recommend clearing both local and server caching for the site.
2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
3. If the problem is specific to Chrome, we advise completely removing the browser cache. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found here: Clear cache & cookies.
Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
