Problem:
The client was unable to transfer translation credits back to their WPML.org account after the key was deleted, and they received a notice about transferring credits without access.
Solution:
We identified that the issue usually occurs when WPML is not registered properly on the site. We confirmed the site from which the credits were stuck and proceeded to return 9099 credits back to the client's WPML.org account, which initially showed 70,000 credits. We asked the client to confirm if the credits were successfully transferred back.
