Background of the issue:
I am trying to display a translated footer on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translated footer is not showing on the translated page. Instead, the footer from the original language page is displayed.

Questions:
Why is the translated footer not showing on the translated page?
How can I ensure the translated footer appears correctly?

Hello,

I see you use Elementor but I also see you use a theme that seems to do something to elementor.

1) Is the footer a simple and native elementor template?
If so, please go to WPML > Translation Dashboard and look for it under the related section.

2) Is the footer added as a theme option?
If this is the case, can you let me know how do you assign the footer? do you do it on every page or via the theme settings as a global option?

Let me know so I can better understand what to do next.

the footer added as a theme option.

I do it on every page. The footer which is applied on the main page get automatically applied on the translated page. The translated footer doesn’t display on the front end when the language switcher is selected for the second language.

Ok, this tells me then there's a "custom field" that is set to "do not translate".

Would you mind:

- Giving me temporary access to the site?
- Telling me exactly where the theme setting for the footer is located?
- How you add or select the footer on every page?

That way I'll probably be able to help you solve the problem faster.
