This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have multiple translated pages on your site using WPML, but one specific page, despite being fully translated and showing a green logo in the translation management, does not appear in the other language and does not sync with the menu.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML-> Support ->Troubleshooting.
2. Click the following buttons:
- Clear Cache in WPML
- Set Language information
- Fix element types collation
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
3. Consider disabling all non-WPML plugins and switching to one of the default themes to check if the issue still persists.
4. Ensure you create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
