This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate shipping methods in WooCommerce using WPML, but the strings do not appear in the chain translation or WPML translation for WooCommerce.
Solution:
First, ensure that you update the content within WooCommerce and save the changes. After updating, perform a string search again in WPML. This process should allow the system to find the strings so you can translate them. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend following these steps. Additionally, you can refer to a related support topic for more detailed guidance: Translation of Delivery Method.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi,

You can translate them as outlined here after registering the strings for translation: Link to WPML forum.

Does that work for you?

Best regards,
Marcel

I think you wanted to paste a link in the answer but it didn't work. If not, please be more specific.
Thanks.

Thanks!
The system couldn't find the strings initially. I figured out that I had to go into woocommerce, update the content, save, and then do a string search again and then the system found them and I could translate them.
Thank you!
