This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to translate the Menu Archive title and description, which was added through the Meta Box plugin. The client followed a forum topic but did not achieve the desired result and was also concerned about disabling WPML WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and deleting the OTGS Installer.
Solution:
We first addressed the main issue by creating separate tickets for the additional questions regarding WPML WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and the OTGS Installer. For the primary concern of translating the Menu Archive, we suggested looking at an existing solution in a recent forum post: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/meta-box-archive-page-title/. This post provided steps to translate content added through the Meta Box plugin.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If the solution does not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket: WPML support forum.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Get the Menu Archive to translate.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I tried this: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translating-custom-post-type-archive/

But it didn't work.

Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site?

Additional questions:
1. How do I disable WPML WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency - never asked for it and don't want it as of now.
2. Can I delete the OTP Installer now?

Hi Mihai,

I am referring to the English on the page. I need that in Korean like the rest of the page, which is why I said I needed the archive title and description to change. Not sure how "SEO" title is related here, as it's just the archive title.

Can you please explain how you see "Archive Page Title & Description" as written in the title of this ticket as different from "SEO Title and Meta Description" that you are asking about?

Are those different WordPress/HTML elements in some way? I ask because I really don't understand why your question would be necessary - unless I'm not understanding the difference between an "Archive Title" vs "SEO Title" and an "Archive Description" and a "Meta Description" elements somehow. Aren't they the same thing?

Thanks!

Hello? Mihai? It's been a few business days here. Any reason I'm not hearing back? This is still a pressing issue for us. It's the only thing keeping this site from going live at this point.

Thank you.

Hi there.

Sorry for the delayed response, there's been a pretty full queue in the past few days so it can take a bit longer to respond.

Things should move faster from now on.

To also answer your question: not all customers know to mention or explain exactly what they are referring to (mentioning "SEO" for example) so I'm trying to make sure I fully understand what someone is referring to before starting to properly debug the issue.

Now, that I understand what you mean, in our case, there's a chance that the content is not visible to WPML from the very beginning and WPML might need our help to see that content as that content might come from a custom field.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

I will be waiting for your response.

Hi and thank you for the credentials.

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

I am spending more time on this and I will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback.

I will leave the ticket assigned to myself for the moment.

Kind regards,
Mihai

Yeah, it appears as though this method won't work for me.

"Important note: If you've already registered these post types, first delete/trash them from the WP Admin -> Meta Box -> Post Types."

I've already added many menu items and I'm very happy with the setup. I tried it without deleting them but they didn't show up.

I'll figure out another work-around - probably just make a new page like I should have in the first place.

Thanks for trying Mihai.
