This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to complete translations on their site due to incorrect formatting markers in the Advanced Translation Editor.
Solution:
1. We suggested making minor changes to the primary language page and then retranslating it to see if this resolves the issue.
2. We asked the client to copy the exact sentence and make changes to the texts

Background of the issue:

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please share the Advanced Translation Editor URL here so that I could check the translations directly on our end here?

In the meantime, please try making minor changes to the primary language page and retranslate it and see if it fixes it.

The problem is markers wrong. I try to do the change but nothing happen, I have six pages with the same problem. Its possible someone to fix it?

Hi, for me the problem is in the markers because one marker is missing and in another the marker color is missing. These two markers are the cause of the problem. I attach the attachment where you can see exactly the problem. Even if I change the sentences the markers remain the same.

Please check the two attachments:
in one you can clearly see that a marker is missing, only a yellow one is visible. In the other one the problem is in the color that are different. I hope that today we can solve the problem. Thanks
