Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. To use that option, there are specific steps you need to follow, which your team may have already tried. You can find these steps detailed here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/. Unfortunately, we are limited in our ability to assist with this option since we cannot access customers' hosting panels or site domain admin panels. However, we have done our best to explain everything in our documentation. I recommend contacting your hosting support or hiring a developer (or a WPML contractor - https://wpml.org/contractors) if you encounter any difficulties. It seems there may be an issue with how the domains are set up. One of the domains is leading to a forbidden error, which is usually related to server configuration. Additionally, the other language version does not redirect to a different domain but remains on the same domain. If you’d like, I can take a look at the backend, but it might not provide any insight into why this is happening. I hope you find this information helpful. Kind regards, |
