Hello, thanks for contacting us. I see the issue as you described, since it is happening in English, your default language I am not 100% sure it is related to WPML. Please disable WPML plugins and check if the issue still happens. Please make a backup before proceeding. Regards, |

Yes, when I disabled WPML, the problem disappeared. When using WPML, there was no such problem in Arabic. I only encountered this problem in default English. At the same time, although there should be no footer on the payment page, a footer is added to the payment page. I'm about to publish my site and this messed things up. |

Hello, okay, if it works with WPML then please check if there is not an issue coming from some not compatible plugin: - Switch to the WP default theme Please make a backup before proceeding. 2) I am not sure what you mean by 2nd part footer should not be there in a payment page. I did as you said and it didn’t work. And now Arabic section doesn’t work. When I change the language to Arabic, the site shows nothing but the loading logo. Footer is not important, I will open a separate ticket for it after I solve this problem. |

Hello, thanks for checking. If there is another issue now, please revert back to the backup you have done before these steps as suggested. Also, I see some errors from woocommerce-product-recommendations plugin. For the checkout issue, let me have a look at what is happening. Please make a full backup of your site (files and database). Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue further. I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any. I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible. I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply. I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned. You can safely add your information into these fields. Regards, |

Hello, I checked and seems the issue was coming from WooCommerce FedEx Shipping, when this plugin disabled it works fine. I think it is related to error message: FedEx requires that WooCommerce currency is set to US Dollars or CA Dollars and Base country/region is set to United States or Canada I also see you have a large number of plugins, I would suggest disabling and deleting the one you do not need and keeping the number lower in order to avoid any further issues and speed up your website.
