Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit a page in the Cornerstone editor (theme.co Pro theme) to add or select an element like Forms Integration and choose a form from a dropdown list. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
Symptoms:
With the WPML plugin activated, Cornerstone/Pro breaks, showing the error: 'The definition for this element could not be located. The type declared for this element is: undefined.' Deactivating WPML resolves the issue.
Questions:
Why does activating WPML break the Cornerstone/Pro theme functionality?
How can I fix the error related to undefined element types in Cornerstone with WPML active?
For the record, I -did- try disabling the Gravity Flow plugin WHILE having WPML activated, and the error/problem in Cornerstone disappeared.
So it DOES appear that there is a problem with Gravity Flow and WPML working together.
However, we (a) use Gravity Flow for high-level form processing and (b) also use WPML for translation Gravity Forms for international users. IOW, we NEED both of these to work properly.
Thus, we need you to provide support for finding out why your plugin does not work with Gravity Flow (and presumably vice versa from that end).
Issue is not resolved until both plugins work hand-in-hand.
Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please note that "Gravity Flow" plugin isn't compatible with WPML (https://wpml.org/plugin/gravity-flow/). You may experience issues when using it.
However, we've a very few reports regarding some issues where our team helped fixing these.
I'll recommend preparing a test/staging site, where this issue can be reproduced and then providing us the access for further debugging.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.
