Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with their website potentially crashing when using WPML and needs a quick resolution.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Ensure you have a full site backup before proceeding.
2. Activate the WordPress debug mode by following the guide at https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/.
3. Navigate to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization and perform a scan of the theme or a plugin.
4. If the site crashes, check for any fatal error messages in the debug.log file within the wp-content folder.
5. Share your site's debug information as outlined here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution provided here becomes outdated or seems irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We need to get this resolved quickly, there is already a mail support thread established but I get no emails when you guys respond so it will take forever to resolve.. hoping to find someone to assist via chat

1.- I kindly ask you to follow these steps to get more information about the cause of the crash:
- Create a full site backup
- Activate the WordPress debug mode as described in this guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
- Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Scan the theme or a plugin
- If the site crashes, share any fatal error message that might appear in the debug.log file located within the wp-content folder
