This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was facing an issue where WooCommerce product translations into French and Italian were not displaying correctly on their website, showing a blank page instead, while other languages like German, Spanish, and English were working fine.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure they had a full site backup before proceeding. After receiving the necessary access credentials, we re-saved the translations for the affected products. Here are the steps we followed:
1. Visited each translated product.
2. Clicked on the 'Edit product' link at the admin bar (top).
3. Clicked on the 'Edit anyways' button in the banner.
4. Clicked on the 'Save' button.
This process resolved the issue, and the translations started displaying correctly in the frontend.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking for related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
