This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was facing an issue where WooCommerce product translations into French and Italian were not displaying correctly on their website, showing a blank page instead, while other languages like German, Spanish, and English were working fine.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure they had a full site backup before proceeding. After receiving the necessary access credentials, we re-saved the translations for the affected products. Here are the steps we followed:
1. Visited each translated product.
2. Clicked on the 'Edit product' link at the admin bar (top).
3. Clicked on the 'Edit anyways' button in the banner.
4. Clicked on the 'Save' button.
This process resolved the issue, and the translations started displaying correctly in the frontend.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking for related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem persist, please open a new support ticket with us.

Background of the issue:
I managed to translate all of my site using WooCommerce. Despite the products being successfully translated in the admin backend, some languages are working and some are not. French and Italian translations are not working, while German, Spanish, and English (default) are working. Example URLs: hidden link (working), hidden link (working), hidden link (not working), hidden link (not working).

Symptoms:
The translated pages for French and Italian are not displaying as expected. Instead of the translated content, I am getting a blank page.

Questions:
Why are the French and Italian translations not displaying correctly?
How can I fix the issue of the blank page for these translations?

P.S. The French and Italian translations of posts and pages are working fine, but the WooCommerce pages aren’t. The WooCommerce product previews display correctly in all languages.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

I have re-saved the translations and now I can see them in the frontend correctly. Please check if there is another product with the same issue.

Hi Carlos,
Thank you for you fast response. It's solved now.
Can you write me (short) steps what you did? I tried to resave the translations, retranslate it again but without luck.

Regards,
Sanjin

Hi Sanjin,

Sure! Here are the steps:
-I visited each translated product
- Clicked on the 'Edit product' link at the admin bar (top)
- Clicked on 'Edit anyways' button in the banner
- Clicked on 'Save' button

And that was it 🙂

Hi Caros,
Thank you. I thought I’d tried that already - even clearing the global cache—but it didn’t work for me. Never mind, what matters is that everything is working fine now.

Best regards,
Sanjin
