I was installing WMPL and I chose that the site language is English. But actually most of the texts are in Estonian. I only wanted to translate some strings from English to Estonian.

Now it thinks all the Estonian is English.

Also I don't want to have English at all, so I don't need the URL's to switch the language.

How can I change it now so I can continue translating only the few strings?

Hi there.

Please create a backup first.

Then, you should be able to go to WPML > Languages > Edit and change the default language to Estonian.

You can also hide EN after that, so that is hidden for visitors on the front end. You will find this setting for hiding languages on the same WPML > Languages page.

Hope that helps 🙂
