This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to assign purchased credits to the correct account and implement the activation key 4d57569036 within WordPress. They have two accounts and are confused about how to manage credits and activation keys between them.
Solution:
1. We advised the client to remove the old domain from their account by visiting https://wpml.org/account/ and then generate a new sitekey for the new domain.
2. Replace the sitekey in WordPress by navigating to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab.
3. We returned the 12126 credits from the old domain to the client's account.
4. The client should deactivate PAYG if they wish to use their credits first. Once the credits are fully utilized, they can activate PAYG again.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I think I may understand what is happening!

I think it is because I have done both a pay-as-you-go account and bought a block of credits.

What is the most cost-efficient way forward?

I currently have 90,000 credits that I would like to make use of - can these be converted to PAYG credit?

I also have 12126 credits sitting in an old development account that I no longer have.

Many thanks for your assistance,
Joel

Thanks for contacting us. I've checked your account and I can only see one domain being activated with a sitekey and there are 12126 credits available.

Could you please remove the old domain from your account here https://wpml.org/account/ and then, generate a new sitekey for your new domain? Then, replace the sitekey in WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab.

I've returned the 12126 credits to your account from your old domain.

Hi Kor,

Many thanks for your assistance.

However, I am still confused and struggling...

I currently have an active site with the following key: roVNQ4yfcE - I think this one is on PAYG

I then have the other key: 4d57569036 which I cannot implement on my website in WordPress.

How can I resolve this so that I can use my credits?

Is it possible to use a mix of PAYG and credits on the same key?

Thanks for your reply. You need to deactivate PAYG if you wish to use your credits first. Then, when the credits are fully utilized, you can activate your PAYG again. Could you try?

Which domain are you trying to activate the sitekeys with? I will check this for you.

Many thanks for your assistance - I removed PAYG, removed the license key / registration and did everything again and it worked!

Moving forward I am trying to calculate which is cheaper? Buying in bulk or PAYG?

Can you advise?

Many thanks,
Joel
