Background of the issue:
I am trying to restart the automated translation process after the owner updated their credit card for pay as you go. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
On the settings page, I am getting the 'Failed to Load Engines' message. When I go to Translation Tools, it initially spun without resolving. After clearing the cache on Cloudflare, it resolved to a page asking me to activate pay-as-you-go, which I attempted. I was met with a message that I had recently cancelled my account, which has not happened.

Questions:
Why am I seeing the 'Failed to Load Engines' message?
How can I restart the automated translation process after updating the credit card?
Why does it say I recently cancelled my account when I haven't?
