This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing issues with automatic translation not working on your site using WPML.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and select the Commercial tab. Click on 'Unregister WPML from this site'.
2. Once the page reloads, click on 'Register WPML'.
3. Register the site using the new key.
4. Check if the automatic translation is now functioning.
If the problem continues, please follow these additional steps:
1. Go to Plugins → Add New, select the Commercial tab, and click 'Unregister WPML from this site'.
2. After the page loads, click on 'Register WPML'. You will see a prompt to enter the site key. Click on 'Get a key for this site'.
3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to 'Production site'.
4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. Afterwards, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.
5. Reassign the credits to the newly registered site.
6. Attempt to translate again.
