You can do it by setting or changing this entry if already exists in wp-config.php
Thank you for your advice. After allocating more memory (512MB) page finally loaded and I figured out that someone from our team had enabled 200 posts for pagination. hidden link, reducing number back to 20 helped to solve the issue.
