This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where a deleted beta domain (https://beta.nuevotix.com) keeps reappearing in the WPML configuration, preventing the correct setup for the live site. Despite generating a new license key multiple times, the beta domain persists.
Solution:
We have confirmed that the license key and site configuration are correctly set up in the client's WPML account. The beta domain has been removed, and no further action is required regarding the license key. If the beta domain still appears or if there are issues with the site key, the client can manage and remove any unnecessary translation credits from the site by visiting their WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

License Key and Beta Subdomain Issue:

I have deleted and created a new license key multiple times (three times so far), yet the key is consistently linked to hidden link, which I am not using and have not added myself. I am aiming to license the live site, but WPML is automatically pulling this beta domain.
The beta license is also currently unused, so as per your instructions, I have removed it from Plugins -> All Plugins under the "Commercial" tab and generated a new key for the live site. However, the beta domain keeps reappearing, preventing me from finalizing the correct setup.
Styling Issue: I have already opened a separate ticket for this, so no further action is needed on styling within this ticket.

Could you assist me with:

Removing the persistent beta domain from the WPML configuration if necessary.
Thank you for your assistance in addressing these concerns. I look forward to your support in resolving these issues so I can use WPML smoothly on the live site.

Best regards,
Farrukh

Hi again,

It appears that your WPML license has expired, as today, October 29th, is your renewal date. You originally registered it on this date in 2018.

To renew the license, simply follow these steps:

1) Go to your plugin installation page.
2) Look for the instructions in the banner:
3) Do you have an account on wpml.org? → Select "Yes."
4) You should see the message, "Great! You just need to extend your subscription."
5) Click "Extend Subscription" to complete the renewal. Then you can re-add the main domain to get the specific site key.

Best Regards,
Marcel

Hi,
I recently received a notification regarding my WPML license renewal, indicating that the subscription was due for renewal on October 29th. Fortunately, I had set my subscription to renew automatically, so the renewal process was completed without requiring manual intervention.

However, I’m experiencing an issue with linking my primary domain. Despite multiple attempts to add my website, hidden link, the plugin consistently pulls hidden link instead.

Could you please look into this matter at your earliest convenience? I’ve provided you with access to the necessary settings for further investigation and resolution.

Best regards,
Farrukh

Hi,

only you have the ability to make changes to your profile; this isn't something we can adjust for you.

The license has already been properly configured in your profile, so no further action is needed. The site key is correctly assigned in your account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.

Please note that the page at https://wpml.org/account/ only displays translation credits allocated to specific sites. The site hidden link appears to have been removed. If you’d like, you can remove credits from that site by clicking the blue button, but everything related to the site key is already set up correctly :).

Best regards,
Marcel
