Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the link provided in the ticket to pay for the service: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/automatic-translate-wont-work/. However, I don't have login information for Stripe.

Symptoms:
I can't proceed with the payment because I lack the login information for Stripe.

Questions:
Is there any other way to pay without using Stripe login information?

If not, consider the link provided. Can you please show the screenhost where you get stuck with the translations?

There are two safety limits that prevent you from accidentally spending too much and protect us from fraud. These limits occur the first time you spend €100 and €4,000 in one month. If you reach these limits, you will be asked to pay before you can continue translating. At the end of the month, the amount you paid will be deducted from your invoice.

Do you see anything like get more credits? So, you should be redirected to the payment option when click on it.

To pay for your translation before the billing date and continue translating, follow these steps:

1. Go to your pages or posts and choose one with a lot of content that needs translation but hasn't been translated yet.
2. Click the "+" button to add the translation.
3. If you don't have enough credits, you'll see a message in ATE saying "not enough credits" with a link to "Get more credits."
4. Click that link to go to the payment options.

Please let us know how it goes.
