Closing account WPML

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

nickyJ-2	WPML did an automatic payment but I have in my account standing no automatic renewal. We are not using WPML for 2 years. And I saw an automatic payment from my PayPal but when I look into this account. Automatic renewal is off. So can you please arrange a refund and close the full WPML account of us?
