I'll help you get started while a supporter takes your case. I'm not sure what you mean by "exchange the order", but i guess you mean that you want an order that was done say in Eur, be transformed into a USD one, right? If that's the case then it sounds awfully similar to this request. It's not the same but in the end the logic is similar. we do not store exchange rates or anything like that so the best way to calculate the profit here is by going to your payment processor and check it from there, since your payment processor will definitely store THEIR exchange rate and deduct the fee. if the exchange rate on your end is dynamic, then you may be able to find the exact exchange rate by going to the service that provided the API. Apart from that, we do no store that information.
