[Resolved] FAQs section not appearing on some FL pages
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are using the Avada WP Theme and have set up FAQs in the WP Admin table. While the FAQ element displays correctly in English, it fails to appear in the French version for one specific FAQ. Solution: We found that the issue was due to an incorrect slug in the French translation of the FAQ Categories. The slug was set to 'bobines-induction' but should be 'bobine-de-scellage'. We recommend updating the slug to the correct one, saving the changes, and then testing the page again. This solution was verified on a staging site.

I'm using the Avada WP Theme. I have FAQs setup in the WP Admin table. I'm using the Avada FAQ Element to place them on the page and for the base language (English) they appear fine and this element is appearing for all but 1 of the FL (French). The page looks to be up-to date with translations, I've even made a minor amend to the base language to see if that would prompt a change, but this element is not appearing on the French version of the page.
Been through all the updates and making slight amends to the FAQ items and also the FAQ element on the page, but the element does not appear on the French version of the page. Appears fine for Italian, Polish, German.
I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
It look like we have a similar issue with the Spanish version of the page as well. Although this page seems to have more elements that are not updating?
