Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where the 'Min Price' field is not displaying the correct translation on the front-end, despite being translated in the back-end. Solution: We recommend the following steps: 1. Navigate to WPML-> String Translation. 2. Enable the 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' option. 3. Visit the page that contains the 'Min Price' string on the front-end. 4. Disable the 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' option. 5. Hello,
We've encountered a minor yet frustrating issue.
We've noticed that despite the correct translation in the back-end, there's a string that isn't displaying correctly on the front-end.
Specifically, it's in the search section under the field "Min Price". We've attached a screenshot to illustrate that it has been translated, unlike "Max Price", which displays correctly.
Could you kindly assist us with this matter?
Thank you.
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) Please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> String Translation
2- Enable the "Look for strings while pages are rendered" option
3- Visit the page that contains this string on the front end
4- Disable the option
5- Search for the string and translate it
2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
Hello Osama,
Thank you for your message.
We followed your steps but we couldn't see anything on the front end.
Also, and as we mentioned in our initial message and screenshot, this string has already been correctly translated, but isn't showing on the front end.
Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
