Our second-tier supporter instructed me to turn off Translate Everything and then turn it on again. This has solved the problem. There are no stuck translations on your site now. Please see this video I recorded while trying out our second-tier supporter suggestion.

well we manually translate so many pages. but still we are facing some issues. Even home page is still not translated in Chinese language. hidden link

This ticket was about the stuck automatic translation process. In our technical support forum, we focus on one issue per ticket. Otherwise, tickets can get cluttered and confusing for both users and supporters.
