Problem:
The client is working on a site under development and is facing an issue related to distance.
Solution:
We noticed that there is already an open ticket for this issue, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/im-faceing-an-issue-with-translation. Since this is a duplicate ticket, we recommend not opening more tickets for the same issue to avoid loading the ticket queue and lowering the priority of the initial tickets. Please wait for a response on the initially created ticket and mark this current ticket as resolved.

If this solution is irrelevant because it's outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, can you please elaborate a bit more on this matter?

1. What is the website domain that you are referring to?

2. Can you please explain what you are trying to accomplish, what are the exact steps that you are taking, what is not working, and how you would expect to see things happen? Do you see any error messages? If you do see error messages, can you please send us a copy of those? Can you attach screenshots so that we can better see the issue?

This is considered a duplicate ticket.

Please do not open more tickets for the same issue, as this will only load the ticket queue and will move your initial tickets lower in the queue priority.
