I'm getting a white page with "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." message

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

adamT-20	Background of the issue: I am trying to access the Translation Dashboard in WPML > String Translation on my site hidden link. Symptoms: I am getting a white page with the message 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.' Questions: What to do to fix it and why I'm getting this message?

adamT-20	I found the solution, it turned out that I had the String Translation plugin installed with the Blog type of account and the Blog account doesn't allow me to use the Translation Management panel.
