[Resolved] internal Links show up in Advanced Translation Editor
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that links from buttons and images were appearing encoded in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and were not updating on the translated page after being translated through ATE. This issue arose after the latest WordPress update. Solution: We have resolved this issue. If you're experiencing a similar problem where encoded URLs are appearing in the ATE and not updating correctly on the translated pages, we recommend updating to the latest release of the Impreza theme, which addresses this specific issue. When using the Advanced Translation Editior, links from buttons and images are appearing in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), such as "%7B%22url%22%3A%22%23smartchange%22%7D". Even when translated (via the ATE), the links on the translated page are not updated.
As far as we can tell, this seems to be the case since the last WordPress update.
Previously, these links did not appear in the editor, but were assigned automatically. This would be the preferred solution for us.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
is this part of the page builder elements? I am currently testing with [Template] Lösungsseite. if possible create a new test page and just add the page builder element that has the link and let me know your results.
I set some settings related to "copy" which should help with this.

the problem seems to persist. To illustrate, I have created an element at the top of the page that contains a button, an image, an icon and a text link.
Only with the text link, the link is not displayed in the advanced translation editor (see screenshot).
Based on similar tickets I have reviewed I believe the reason the URL is showing is because the Impreza theme has some encoding that adds the HTML in the URL and our editor is picking it up for translation.
I have escalated this to our compatibility team for further review. In the meantime, please use the link to the sandbox I created for us and upload a copy of your theme so we can test it in a clean environment.
