issue license key when we push staging to live

matthiasR-28	Background of the issue: I have a live site and a staging site at hidden link. When we deploy the staging site to live, we encounter issues with our WPML license. Symptoms: We always need to refresh to remove the development banner at the bottom after deploying staging to live. Questions: How can we fix the issue with the WPML license when deploying from staging to live?
